We loved the seamless blend of traditional flavours with innovation—from the Saaj bites and seasonal delicacies to house-made chutneys and the Raag cocktail program, inspired by Indian classical swaras. An indulgent Sunday brunch to be savored with family and friends. 




The experience begins strong with the
Khasta Kachori, flaky with a sharp onion sweetness, while the Bhel is light and nostalgic. The Tamatar Bharta is smoky and rich, the Batte Nimona earthy and comforting, and the Keema Mirch bold and peppery.

The Murgh Dhaniya Shorba is light and herby, the Khatti Machli fresh and tangy, and the Lakhori Murgh Tikka juicy and smoky. For mains, the Dal-e-Saaj is creamy, the Murgh Kaliya rich, and the Mutton Haleem silky and hearty. The Saaj Biryani is fragrant and light, perfectly balanced with raita.
