Pause Wines has strategically placed their new
wine collection to suit the Indian palate and cuisine. The launch of the Indian
Classic was truly bliss. The taste is fruity and will go brilliantly well with
the Indian wine lovers.
The wine
is slightly opaque and dark ruby colored. It opens with an attractive mild
cherry and wintergreen bouquet. There were also notes of gentle oak detected in
the background.
On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and
rather smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle infused plum with a
hint of red currant. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are pleasantly
prolonged which hit the taste buds.
