She is a U.K. Licenced Chartered Physiotherapist who has been practising in India since 2019. Dr. Natasha completed her Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore, in 2011. Later in 2014, she went to the U.K. and completed her Masters in Advancing Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University, England, in 2016. Whilst in the U.K., she worked as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at a well-regarded private firm for 3 years and as a Government Medical Officer for Devon council in England for 2.5 years, specifically in the Benefits department. Despite her experience abroad, she chose to return to India as she observed that physiotherapy in India mostly revolves around exercises and machine therapy, without the presence of highly skilled specialists in Manual therapy.

In 2019, upon returning to India, Dr. Natasha founded PhysioPod to offer advanced physiotherapy services to clients in Mumbai and beyond, utilising her knowledge and expertise gained through training in the U.K., Italy, and USA.
Driven by a commitment to ongoing education and career growth, Dr. Natasha pursues further studies at prestigious universities and attends workshops overseas every year. She is a specialist in the intricate field of Fascia, having completed all levels of Fascial Manipulation from Stecco’s Fascial Manipulation school in Italy. Her current fascination is visceral manipulation, aimed at enhancing organ mobility and motility without resorting to surgery. With level 1 completed at The Barral’s Institute, USA, she's all set to conquer five more levels this year.
Dr. Natasha's journey is adorned with accolades, including PhysioPod being awarded the "Most Popular Physiotherapy provider in Mumbai" at the Maharashtra Entrepreneurship Award 2023 and the "Excellence in the field of Advanced Physiotherapy" award presented by Respected CM Eknath Shinde Ji at Lokshahi Samvad Event 2023.
