The Chicken BBQ bao has some unusual flavors, Make sure you add some tangy sauces to it, else you could find it a bit dry.
The Chef offered this to this with less spices since our taste buds had an overdose of spices in the earlier dishes.
This fish preparation (presume its not part of the set menu) was a treat. Just rightly done with flavors oozing in the right doses.
